Shipping Policy
Fast, Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders via reliable freight carriers. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment. Someone must be present for delivery.
Curbside Delivery
All deliveries are curbside only. The carrier is responsible for unloading the item off the truck. Occasionally, they may place items on a driveway or garage if space allows but will not deliver inside your home.
Delivery Tips & Inspection
- Before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), inspect the boxes and check for visible damage.
- Keep all packaging until you’re sure the item is satisfactory — it’s required for returns.
- You are welcome to pick up your order at our showroom if confirmed in stock; photo ID is required.
Shipping Limitations & Fees
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as carrier disruptions.
- Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote, limited-access, or rural addresses.
Return & Refund Policy
General Return Terms
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You can return unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and unaltered itemswithin 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges). All returns must be in their original packaging.
Non-Damage Returns
If you choose to return an item for any reason other than freight damage:
- The item must be in original packaging and condition.
- Items without original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs back to our warehouse. Contact customer service for freight rates.
- All returns undergo inspection before refund approval.
- Orders canceled after shipping, delivery, or pick-up are treated as returns.
Damage Returns & Claims
Visible Damage at Delivery
If the item shows visible damage at delivery:
- Refuse the shipment — do not sign for it without noting damage.
- Note damage on the Bill of Lading.
- Email photos to [email protected].
We will replace your order at no charge.
Concealed Damage / Wrong Items
If damage or errors are discovered after delivery:
- File a claim within 5 business days by emailing photos and order details to [email protected].
- Once the return is authorized, no additional charges apply for the replacement
- For minor imperfections (e.g., small chips or paint variations), we may offer material replacements or credits at our discretion.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To maintain fairness and quality, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Custom orders (e.g., custom vanities)
- Cut-to-size vanity tops
- Kitchen cabinets and countertops
- Tile, mosaics, and showroom samples
- LED lighted mirrors, cabinets
- Discounted or sale items marked as final
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original method of payment (minus shipping and any applicable restocking fees). It may take a few business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
