Yes, you can place an order for an item that is out of stock. We will let you know the arrival date. This way when product arrives, your order is guaranteed.What’s the warranty on your products?
Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair any defective parts free of charge if it’s proved to be defective. Warranty is limited to replacement parts only. Labor charges are excluded.What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted except Amex. Checks are acceptable but will need 7 business days for the payment to clear prior to shipping order out.Do you have displays of all the products?
We have a 5,000 square foot showroom where most products are displayed. It's impossible to display all products shown in the showroom but we make every effort to display at least similar products or wood samples. If you are interested in seeing a particular product, please contact us to confirm the availability before you visit the showroom.Can you give me the directions?
