Purchaser and Anve Group LLC (www.anvekitchenandbath.com) enter the terms and conditions stated in this policy which supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications, negotiations, representations, and agreements of purchaser and seller whether oral or written, with respect to the goods as well as the terms and conditions hereof.
All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted except for American Express. We reserve the right to require bank wire transfers or check payments. Check payments need 7 business days to clear prior to shipping order out.
We ship your order with the most reliable freight carriers within 1-2 business days. Transit/Arrival times are usually 3-5 business days for the products to arrive, depending on your location not including the weekends and holidays.

We’ll provide a tracking number after the item(s) ships so customer can track the shipment online. The freight company will contact the receiver in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival. ALL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE; the freight company is only responsible for unloading this item off the truck however, they might bring it onto your driveway/garage (if accessible for the truck), but not to your backyard or anywhere else inside the house. We make every effort to ensure that delivery of your order is in satisfactory time and condition; however we are not responsible for delays in transit beyond our reasonable control. Additional shipping fees will be applied for limited access areas such as but not limited to island, rural areas, etc.
Someone must be present at time of freight arrival to accept the package. Please be mindful of the condition in which freight will arrive; open your package carefully upon the arrival of your item and examine whether there is any damage to the item. Before signing the proof of delivery (bill of lading), count the boxes and inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It’s normal for the packaging to show some wear. Also DO NOT discard your packing materials immediately, in the case you might need to ship item back, all returns MUST be in original package as with any other product that must be returned whether for refund, exchange or replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The buyer or the representative of the buyer may choose to pick up the item(s) purchased if item(s) are confirmed to be in stock. The item(s) can be picked-up only during the hours of operation. ID confirmation will be required at the time of the pick-up. If requested, the Anve Kitchen And Bath personnel “ will provide help” put item(s) to your vehicle. Anve Kitchen And Bath is not responsible for any damage to the either vehicle or the merchandise during pick-up.
At the request of the buyer, prior to pick up or shipping, Anve Kitchen And Bath can store items purchased for period of 30 days, from the purchased date, free of charge.
New Jersey residents are subject to 6.625% New Jersey Sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to all purchases as well as any merchandise picked up from our warehouse in NJ.
We reserve the rights to change our pricing without prior notice. The pricing is considered current once posted/changed on the company website (prices are only guaranteed once the item is checked out)

We are not responsible and/or liable for property damages during transit on customers’ pick-ups, and after installation/operation of the unit. We reserve the right not to serve. Please exercise best practice for the installation of the unit and check all connections for water leaks before normal operation as installation/item transit might adversely affect the integrity of included piping. Make your purchase ahead of time to allow sufficient transit time and coverage in the case of any eventualities (i.e.: damaged item/ exchange). We only accept uninstalled/undamaged/unaltered merchandise (in the original condition sold and with proof of purchase), within 30 days of the purchase date, for a partial refund in the original form of payment.
If you decide to return the product or refuse the item when there is no freight damage for any other reasons after/at the item arrival, the return policy is then in effect:
Return must be in its original packing and condition. Any items returned are subject to 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping costs for the return freight to our warehouse. Contact customer service for the shipping rates via email [email protected]. Return policy applies for items not picked up / not shipped or stored in our warehouse.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- No refunds will be issued on any items that’s not returned in original/ shipped condition.
- Cancellations received after shipping, delivery or pick-up is treated as a return – see Returns (Non-Damage returns) section for details.
Please note the surface characteristics of natural marbles, granites used for vanity topsare as subjective as it gets. Natural veining, crystal lines, local crystallization sometimes can be interpreted as defects as per the personal taste. There is no opportunity to tailor to each individual’s taste in marble, granites characteristics. Also, some of our furniture is handmade and there might be characters to each item that can be interpreted as imperfection. The pictures are for representational purposes only; they may not be exactly the same as you see on your screen. We do not consider these characteristics as reasons for delivery refusal.
Visible Damage Returns
If there’s a visible damage when you receive the package simply *** refuse the shipment and we will replace your order free of charge. Before any package is refused these simple steps should be followed otherwise your damage claim will not be honored.

Concealed Damage/ Wrong Item Returns
If damage is discovered after the freight bill is signed, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with Anve Kitchen And Bath customer service department within 5 business days after receiving item by contacting via email [email protected] Return must be in its original packaging or well packed for freight.Photos are required to be sent via email to: [email protected] the damage.We will review your claim and replace the merchandise if necessary.No additional shipping charges will apply if return is authorized. For minor damages such as, but not limited to paint level imperfection on the cabinet or small corner chip on the marble, we reserve the rights to provide material, credit.
All special orders, custom vanities, tiles, mosaics, cut to size vanity tops, kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, showroom samples, shower doors, any discounted sales are final, non-returnable.
Payment for custom cabinet orders must be made when the order is placed. In most cases we will charge the full amount once the order is placed. If any other payment terms are agreed, first payment (deposit) is non refundable in any condition.No changes or cancellations can be made after technical drawings are approved. Orders cannot be cancelled under any condition once the order is placed and initial payment is collected. This includes the quantity of the cabinets, if there are multiple items. Custom vanity cabinets are non-refundable and non-returnable.
The pictures are for representational purposes only; they may not be exactly the same as you see on your screen. Showroom samples are available customers to see the color for themselves. We only offer carefully selected 1st quality natural stone products unless specifically stated in product description. Please note that color and shade variation is an inherent characteristic of natural stone. Color and shade variation doesn’t mean that tiles have defects. Please inspect the tiles prior to installation. A sufficient quantity of material is recommended to be purchased at any one time. No guarantee can be given that an item will remain in stock.

No changes or cancellations can be made after measurement is approved. Kitchen cabinets are non-returnable.
All orders have a 1-2 business days handling time before being available for pick up or delivery. Claims for damage, shortage or errors in shipping must be recorded on the original receiving documents and reported within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery to Buyer.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to installation. If for any reason the material is incorrect buyer shall make such claim to Anve Kitchen And Bath, by contacting us at [email protected]p.com
The installer has the final inspection responsibility to pull out and not install the pieces with noticeable color and shade difference. It’s suggested that installer mix pieces from several different cartons to blend to show the natural beauty of stone. No claims will be honored and no refunds will be issued after tiles are installed.
Anve Kitchen And Bath warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, contractor, or builder. This warranty shall not apply to instances of incorrect operating procedures, breakages, or damages caused by fault through improper installation, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or alteration of the Product, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, an act of God, or any other casualty. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wools, and harsh chemicals as these will scratch, damage, and / or dull the product and / or finish and void this warranty.
The owner/end-user of the Product covered by the present warranty is entirely responsible for its proper installation and any applicable plumbing. Anve Kitchen And Bath neither installs nor supervises the installation nor hires a contractor for this purpose; consequently, Anve Kitchen And Bath cannot be held responsible for any default, breakage, or damages caused thereby or resulting thereof, either directly or indirectly.The owner/end-user should check with the local related plumbing codes before installation. This warranty does not apply unless the Product is installed by fully insured licensed professionals. It is strongly recommended that such licensed professionals have experience in the installation of bathroom products. Installation of certain products, including, without limitation, glass products (i.e., glass countertops glass sinks) by an inexperienced person may result in glass breakage and, consequently, cause personal injury or death. Anve Kitchen And Bath is not liable for personal injuries or deaths to any persons or for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor or material charges, or any other costs resulting from the use of the product or equipment or pertaining to the application of the present warranty, or resulting from the removal or replacement of any product or element or part covered by this warranty. In any case, Anve Kitchen And Bath cannot be held liable for any amount over and above the purchase price paid for the product by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder.
Anve Kitchen And Bath products are made of naturally variable raw materials. Differences in grain character and color among wood and plant species and stones and minerals are naturally occurring variations and are not within the control of the manufacturer nor considered defects under this warranty. Natural color changes, variations, or movements in lumber or veneer products, and exposure to extreme temperature changes and direct sunlight, may cause color changes and/or surface damage and are not covered by this warranty. All wood naturally ages, darkens, changes in color, and mellows over time due primarily to exposure to light. While this color change is imperceptible from day to day, it may be significant over a longer period of time, or due to amount of light the wood is exposed to. On warranty replacement doors or drawers, we will not guarantee an exact color match. Imperfections such as checks (small surface splits), pitch pockets (small dark holes) or darker mineral streaks are natural and are not considered defects. Due to the contrast of your monitor when viewing the product(s), color may appear different. Therefore, it cannot be construed as defective, damage or product being given incorrectly.
Surface characteristics of natural stones may vary from each slab, tile. Color variations in stone are a natural occurrence. Natural veining, crystal lining and local crystallization are common characteristics of natural stones. For this reason, new and/or replacement pieces may not match display samples and/or existing pieces. Natural occurring stone characteristics such as variation in grain, color, mineral streaks are not considered defective product.
Tiles must be inspected prior to installation. No warranty for crazing, shading, scratching, sizing, wear, surface finish, cleanability, slipperiness, chemical, thermal or mechanical attack or damage or defects discovered after installation.
Due to the manufacturing process, tempered glass will tend to have a greenish tint. This is a natural feature and is not considered a defect. As a result of the tempering process or otherwise, color variation in glass may occur in certain products.
Anve Kitchen And Bath is not liable for any labor or material charges, loss of time, loss of profits or any incidental expenses.
