Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Welcome to Anve Kitchen & Bath (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, services, and interactions made through our website, showroom, and sales channels. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, submitting payment, or using our website or showroom services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
This Agreement supersedes all prior verbal or written communications, proposals, estimates, or representations.
2. Orders & Contract Formation
- Orders are considered confirmed only after written invoice or order confirmation is issued by Anve Kitchen & Bath.
- Quotes and estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to confirmation.
3. Deposits & Payments
- Full payment is required to initiate any product order.
- Orders will not enter production, procurement, or processing until payment is received in full.
- Except as provided in Section 6 (Changes & Cancellations), once an order has entered production, procurement, or processing it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
- Products will not be released for delivery or pickup until full payment has been received and cleared.
4. Design Agreement & Retainer Fees
For customers engaging Anve Kitchen & Bath for design services, a design agreement retainer may be required prior to the commencement of any design work.
- All design agreement retainers are non-refundable, regardless of whether the project proceeds to a product purchase.
- If a design agreement retainer is signed, separate payment terms outlined in the design agreement shall apply, and such terms may differ from standard product order payment requirements.
- Any future product orders resulting from a design agreement will be subject to the payment, cancellation, and refund terms outlined in these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Custom & Special-Order Products
Many of our products are custom-made, semi-custom, or special-order, including but not limited to:
- Bathroom vanities
- Kitchen cabinetry
- Countertops
- Custom finishes, sizes, or configurations
- LED lighted mirrors, cabinets
Custom and special-order items are final sale and non-returnable. Because they enter production immediately upon payment, they are generally not eligible for cancellation (see Section 6).
6. Changes & Cancellations
Standard, in-stock orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped, for a full refund. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@anvegroup.com.
Custom and special-order items — including made-to-order cabinetry, vanities, countertops, and cut-to-size tops — enter production immediately upon payment and are therefore not eligible for cancellation once production has begun, which typically occurs at the time the order is placed.
Once an order has shipped, or once the applicable cancellation window has passed, it can no longer be canceled, and the following changes are no longer accepted:
- No cancellations
- No design changes
- No size, finish, or configuration changes
7. Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are subject to change until the order is confirmed.
- Prices do not include sales tax, installation, or disposal fees unless stated otherwise.
- Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes and additional charges.
8. Delivery, Pickup & Lead Times
- All delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supply chain issues, weather, or carrier delays.
- Customer must be available to receive delivery or pickup within the agreed timeframe.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
9. Inspection & Damages
- Customers must inspect all products at delivery or pickup.
- Visible damage must be noted immediately on delivery paperwork.
- Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days.
Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void replacement eligibility.
10. Returns & Refunds
- Custom and special-order items are non-returnable.
- In-stock items may be eligible for return only if unused and in original packaging, subject to restocking fees.
- Shipping, delivery, and service fees are non-refundable.
11. Warranties
- Products are covered by manufacturer warranties only, where applicable.
- Anve Kitchen & Bath does not provide additional express or implied warranties.
- Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
12. Installation Disclaimer
Anve Kitchen & Bath is not responsible for installation errors performed by third-party installers or contractors.
We strongly recommend using licensed professionals familiar with cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs, delays, or property damage.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Informal resolution first. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first email a written Notice of Dispute to info@anvegroup.com describing the claim and the relief sought. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days from receipt of the notice. This informal-resolution step is a condition precedent to arbitration for both parties.
If the dispute is not resolved within that period, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase from Anve Kitchen & Bath shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the enforceability and arbitrability of this provision; New Jersey law (as stated in Section 14) governs all other substantive matters.
- Class-action & jury waiver: Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and Anve Kitchen & Bath each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
- Small-claims exception: Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court for any dispute within that court’s jurisdiction.
- 30-day opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@anvegroup.com within 30 days of your first purchase. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
- Severability of class waiver: If the class, collective, or representative-action waiver above is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall proceed in court; the remainder of this arbitration agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
