About Jacuzzi
Jacuzzi traces its origins to the 1940s, when Candido Jacuzzi invented a therapeutic hydrotherapy pump to relieve his son Kenneth's rheumatoid arthritis; Jacuzzi engineers later adapted that pump into a home version that turned an ordinary bathtub into a hydrotherapeutic spa. The family began marketing the result, the J-300, in 1956. In 1968, Roy Jacuzzi created what the brand describes as the world's first integrated whirlpool bath, the Roman, built with jets on a 50-50 air-to-water ratio. Jacuzzi says it is the first and only brand to bring Infrared and Red Light therapy technology across a wide range of its wellness products, including hot tubs, saunas, and swim spas. Jacuzzi brand products are manufactured in 5 countries and enjoyed in more than 100 countries worldwide.
